I stretched it out and put my hand under so you can see it better.  You can take brown thread and fix this.
Preowned, Made in Italy, Brown cardigan zip-up, (100%) wool and leather.  Dry Clean only.  Size on inside says 58.  I am sure it is EURO.
This has not been recently dry cleaned.
It is in great condition other than what I (Noted) above.   I show the measurements in the pictures for accuracy since there are No Returns.  I do not know if this is a men's or a women's.   You be the judge.  I put it on and took a picture.  This is very unique and have not seen many like this.
