Women's Cherry Brown Vintage Leather Coat
This was my mothers. She told me once it was a gift for her high school graduation. Its was aways the first coat she'd pull out as soon as the weather changed. When she got into her fifties and could not wear it anymore she finally passed it on to me, but I have never been small enough to wear it. So it has been in my attic now for more than a decade. I pulled it out of the closet and wiped it with a damp cloth but I would definitely recommend having it professionally cleaned and oiled. As far as the condition goes, it looks great! The leather is in remarkable condition.
Looks like there was once a zip in liner that it no longer with the coat. There are no tags as I guess they were probably in the liner portion. For its age, this coat is in excellent condition. Airing it out and wearing it a bit would probably suffice, but a professional cleaning and oiling would make it look like a brand new coat. It is simply too beautiful to be in my attic.
