    Description

    Sexy steampunk vintage 90s coat. Black stretch velvet. Big collar and cuffs are marabou/boa feathers. One hook and eye in front. There was another eye but no hook. Easy fix. Unlined. Open to the bottom. Excellent vintage condition.
