Ultra sophisticated and very rare black Designer Jacket-all accented with  the heaviest detail of rhinestones and beads. The  DETAILS  on this are gorgeous rhinestone designs--  attractive   with  lovely black skirt.

Mary Anne Sinclair
has created designs for soap opera stars, politicians’ wives, actress Shirley McClain and author Ann Rice among others.
She established her couture business, Sinclair Designs Inc., in 1982. During the height of her career, her designs were showcased in New York showrooms, Bergdorf Goodman’s and Neiman Marcus. Her designs featured vibrant colors and fabrics from Europe to create a truly feminine look.
For 27 years Sinclair's designs graced showrooms in Dallas, Atlanta and New York City. Her pieces, made of French or Italian fabrics, sold for tens of thousands of dollars, with her most expensive piece being a ,000 wedding dress for a New Orleans bride.
Made of  the most beautiful styling with good heavy  weight, lined, and all of the rhinestones and beads are still in place.
