this book is in
fair usable condition; it does have scuffs, scratches, creasing, some stains, and some paint peeling/chipping on the outer covers. The pages are somewhat browned or discolored from normal aging. There is also a water or liquid slip stain along the bottom edge of the covers and pages. This damage/stain is across the bottom edge and about 1/2'” to ¼” tall – most noticeable on the first few pages, which have some small black mildew stains, but stains do not interfere with any text in the book. Overall fair vintage useable condition
