    NOS (New-Old Stock) rectangle number plate made by Neal Enterprises.

    there are no holes in this place and zip ties are not included
    . You must cut your own holes to mount this plate.

    I don't know the age of the plate, but we got them direct from Neal Enterprises and the owner confirms they have not been made in quite a while.
