    Description

    Early antique 1890's or earlier jade green silk shrug jacket with huge leg of mutton sleeves!
    Entirely hand sewn with beautiful lining fabrics. The dark burgundy looks/feels like linen, and a beautiful cotton?? strawberry print along the hem.
    Knife point trim along the neckline, rusted hook and eye hooks just above the hem and no fastening at the top. Gathers below the neck in back, and the right sleeve has sewing to make the sleeve more pronounced at the shoulder but the enhancement is missing on the left sleeve. Sleeves were altered for length from the outside by hand.
    17 inches from shoulder to shoulder, 28-30 inch bust.
    The silk on the top layer seems strong but has staining and a few holes. The lining has tears and seems more fragile. Feel free to ask any questions.
