3 Terriers Dog Family Mother & 2 Babies on Chain Leash Vintage Japan 1940's

Description

This is a vintage celluloid dog family, a mother with her 2 babies on chain leashes. they are foo white/cream color with black spots and ears.  They looks like some type of terrier but I am unsure of the breed.  It says Japan on the bottom (see last photo) and it is from the1940's.   The mother measures 1 3/4 " wide by 1 " high and each baby measures 1 " wide by 3/4 " high.
It is in very good condition and my home is smoke free.
