The Bank was going through tough times and became defunct in 1993. Fred Flintstone was its spokesperson. The certificate has the printed signature of Theodore W. Barnes, who retired in 1991 as the bank announced a huge loss of 4 million. Excellent condition.

was the holding corp. for Old Stone Bank, originally the Providence Institution for Savings.  The Bank was going through tough times and became defunct in 1993.  Fred Flintstone was its spokesperson.  The certificate has the printed signature of Theodore W. Barnes, who retired in 1991 as the bank announced a huge loss of 4 million.  Excellent condition.
